What is Wistaverse (WISTA)?
Wistaverse is a platform that has been designed to enable virtual protests in the metaverse. Built as a decentralized public good, the platform is politically neutral and accessible to all, providing and facilitating a safe space for individuals to voice their opinions and engage in immersive events with their communities.
Wistaverse provides a viable alternative for those who are unable to participate in real-life protests and enables any cause to gain global support and raise decentralized funding during events. Individuals can express their messages and show solidarity with a cause through the use of avatars and digital tools such as signs, banners, and wearables.
Wistaverse's first protests will take place in The Sandbox Game, the Largest metaverse to date which boasts over 4.5 million active users. The first protest Arena is versatile and ready for event organizers to use, ensuring that each protest is unique and tailored to the specific cause being supported.
Wistaverse is also developing its own standalone metaverse application Which is set to be ready in summer 2024. Built on Polygon, The WISTA token powers the Wistaverse experience.
Participants will be able to help their cause raise funds via donations in WISTA during protests. For each event, the sale of avatars and other purchasable items within the ecosystem will help raise additional funds for the cause. Wistaverse will allow community members to use their voting power to amplify donations using the treasury funds which is continuously fed by a 0.5% tax on all transactions.
What makes Wistaverse (WISTA) unique?
Being the very first to tackle the idea of protesting in the metaverse, Wistaverse is offering a unique product that has meaning and social utility, a tool that empowers and protects users by facilitating everything from the organization of a protest to its access. Anyone, regardless of their location, health, wealth, or government, can now join a live immersive event and protest anonymously in the Wistaverse.
In today’s era, where fundamental values of freedom and privacy are constantly challenged, there is a growing need and desire for activism and global engagement. However, communities facing increased surveillance lack decentralized tools to participate actively. This has led to a significant increase in demand for crowdfunding, civic tech, and public goods, as individuals and organizations seek innovative ways to amplify social and environmental issues and improve society. Traditional protests can be difficult for many to participate in due to geographical, economic, and health considerations, creating a democratic inequality that Wistaverse aims to rectify by empowering individuals worldwide to have their voice heard.
Online petitioning, sharing content, or engaging in online activism have limited impact on political processes. The current way people engage online lack the essential component of a protest - a social event. Wistaverse fixes this by building the first metaverse dedicated to protests and social action.
After putting together a team of experts in the field of the metaverse and decentralized technologies, Wistaverse Partnered with the world’s largest metaverse The Sandbox Game, the world’s largest activist protocol Cult DAO and VEMP Studios, and now has both the backing and the community to push it into view of the mainstream media from the very first protests.
Projects like Wistaverse have the potential to bring mass adoption to Web3 and the Metaverse.

There will be marketing campaigns alongside each CEX listing aimed at widening the community. A large network of KOLs and Influencers will be supporting the project from launch. Each major event will come with its own Marketing campaign and exposure opportunities.
How does Wistaverse (WISTA) work?
Wistaverse’s first metaverse is located in the sandbox game.
The Experience is a social hub where different organizers can utilize the space for different gatherings, celebrations and protests. It is multiplayer so like-minded people can socialize and participate in their selected event.
The Space has an infinity avenue where, at a given time, people will be invited to March in support of their cause.
In the middle of the land, there is a central square with an agora stage where guest speakers and key messages can be delivered to the crowd.
NFT billboards/walls are setup to showcase any visuals or videos the organizer wants.
Various simple but functional experiences on the side in addition to the social aspect to introduce the topic and give access to key educational content as well as guide users to a touchpoint to vote and donate for the cause they support.
A NFT collection made specifically for each event will be purchasable in WISTA ( avatars - Signs - wearables etc) with parts of the funds going towards the donations.
Protesters can enter the land for free but to access all functionalities they need to be holding at least one WISTA.
